Healing in Color

Join us for “Healing in Color,” a six-week art therapy group designed specifically for adults of color who are navigating anxiety, stress, or trauma responses. In many communities, high rates of anxiety are often met with stigma, making it challenging to have open conversations about mental health.
This group offers a safe and supportive space to explore and express your feelings through creativity, allowing you to process your experiences without the need for labels or extensive discussions. Through art therapy, participants can discover new avenues for healing and connection.
The group will meet on Wednesdays at 6 PM, starting February 25th. We invite you to take this important step towards self-discovery and healing in a nurturing environment alongside others who share similar experiences.
