When we are busy doing life, we don't realize it, but we tend to draw minimal air into our lungs through shallow chest breathing. Notably, proper breathing techniques and awareness of breath can have a dramatic impact on our body and mind. Join the HOPE Center for Just Breathe, a series beginning Thursday, March 18th, where you will learn how important it is to breathe consciously.
