Join the HOPE Center for a 8 week series called Life Post Pandemic. Life Post-Pandemic strives to serve as a therapeutic intervention to support attendees as they begin to shift to a life post Covid-19 pandemic. The Group will have a space to share their experiences, express feelings around various topics and serve as a beacon of support for one another as they identify self-soothing strategies in their transition.
