Mindfulness: Ascension from the Pandemic
Join the HOPE Center for a 6 week series called Mindfulness: Ascension from the Pandemic.What is mindfulness? The practice of noticing our thoughts, slowing down our racing mind, releasing negativity, and calming the mind and body.Each week, participants will be focusing on a different type of mindfulness practice including guided meditation, breath work, gratitude journaling, and more. This series will meet on Thursdays at 7pm beginning March 3rd. Registration is required for this event.
