DESCRIPTION:Join us for “Rooted in the Body\,” a six-week group that utilizes body-based practices and creativity to support stress relief and emotional awareness. Inspired by drama therapy\, participants will engage in movement\, role exploration\, and collective storytelling to explore sensations and emotions in a supportive environment. \nThe experience includes the option to develop skills for a low-pressure sharing or performance for an invited audience\, entirely at your discretion. \nThe group meets on Thursdays at 6 PM\, starting March 5th.
