DESCRIPTION:Through narrative\, we dive into the stories of our lives and re-tell the moments that have defined us. \n\n\n\n\nThe Story Within is a six week writing group rooted in narrative therapy and storytelling practices. The purpose of this group is to create a space for participants to make meaning of their life stories\, center themselves as the author of their narrative as it extends into the future\, and challenge dominant narratives that marginalize stories and strengths.
