Calling all young people ages 13-18! The HOPE Center is hosting it's first Youth Empowerment and Art Group beginning Friday, April 21st-Friday May 12th from 3:30 to 4:30. Join us for conversation, art, and music centered around race, class, gender, spirituality, and how to overcome peer pressure and develop healthy relationships.

A Mindfulness Moment
The H.O.P.E. Center is presenting weekly A Mindfulness Moment drop in contemplative session that is available to innovators and FCBC members. Learn a variety of techniques from mindfulness to creative visualization and diverse breathing. Come each week to experience different means of being mindful.
