The HOPE Center Harlem is pleased to announce the inaugural HOPE Innovation Scholarship.

This one-time scholarship in the amount of $1,000 is awarded to two(2) Tri-State Resident in NY, NJ or CT

Our mission is to award tuition grants to support the higher educational goals of our recipients.

Eligibility:

Must identify as African American or LatinX

Must be a graduating high school senior, earned a high school equivalency diploma by passing a Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC) formally known as a GED;

Or a college freshman

Must be pursuing a 4-year degree from an accredited College or University in the United States

Must have been or currently a member of a HOPE Center or FCBC program

Be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen

Application Requirements:

· Official Transcript

· Enrollment Verification

· Resume

· Personal Statement (Why is mental health important to you, to the community and to society as a whole?)

· Letter of Recommendation from HOPE Center or FCBC program

All completed applications must be accompanied by all required supporting materials and will be evaluated by reviewers.
