Writing For Wellness: Therapeutic Writing
Join the HOPE Center for their 6 week series called Writing For Wellness: Therapeutic Writing, In this series, participants will explore how writing can be used as a tool to increase well-being, reduce stress, explore feelings, and expression in a welcoming environment.
