The HOPE Center presents Writing Your Truth. In this 6 week series, we will explore how writing can be used as a tool to increase well-being, reduce stress, and express ourselves in a welcoming environment. No previous writing experience required. This group will meet virtually on Thursdays at 6:30pm. beginning March 16th.
