The HOPE Center, in collaboration with the MSK Ralph Lauren Center and the Dream Center Harlem, is hosting Tai Chi, a free martial arts program. Classes begin Wednesday, March 11th. During free weekly in-person classes, you will learn the basic concepts, exercises, and techniques of Tai Chi.
