Annual Wellness & Self-Care Fair
On Saturday, September 23rd from 11am - 4pm, join the HOPE Center as we host our annual Wellness & Self-Care Fair. We are taking over West 119th Street to host a day of activities, fun and zen. There will be activities for both kids and adults such as sound baths, tie dye, arm crocheting, gaming bus, and journaling stations all while enjoying amazing food, a dope dj and so much more...

Seniors! Your response to The HOPE Center's Chair yoga & meditation has been amazing! The group has been extended through to the end September Same time on Wednesdays from 11am - 12pm.
